Nella is a product of Harrena Africa Synergy LTD, being built for everyday money tasks on WhatsApp. We’re working on transfers, bill payments and spending reviews, as well as tools for businesses. You can message our team now; financial services are not live yet.
Can I use Nella to send real money today?
Not yet. This website introduces Nella and includes a sample chat. The preview cannot move money, create a wallet, pay bills or verify an identity. Live access will be announced once the required services and safeguards are in place.
Will I need to download another app?
The intended experience lives in WhatsApp. You will start a conversation with Nella and follow a secure onboarding link. You can already message Nella on WhatsApp at +234 807 957 4994 to say hello; payments are not live yet.
How will Nella protect my money?
Our planned safeguards include identity verification, payment approval with a private PIN, encrypted handling of sensitive information and an account-freeze recovery flow. Financial partners and any regulatory approvals must be confirmed before launch. We do not currently claim a financial licence or NDPC certification.
How much does Nella cost?
Our transaction fees, limits and business pricing are not final. We will publish them before launch and show any applicable fee before a payment is confirmed.
